Doubts about the purchase
Can I request deliveries anywhere in the world?

No. Maya only makes shipments within the peninsula, Spain and Portugal.


What do I do if a defective product arrives?

We guarantee our products in the legally established terms.

The warranty excludes deficiencies caused by misuse, negligence, improper treatment or manipulation, as well as materials subject to wear due to normal use.

When the use of the guarantee is justified, we will opt for the substitution of the article, discount or refund, in the legally established terms.

The warranty will be void in cases where:

  • Modify, alter, replace or miss the purchase invoice.
  • The purchase invoice must be presented for the application of the guarantee.
  • Manipulate and/or perceive that the guaranteed product has tried to be repaired by third parties.
  • If you lack the purchase invoice.

It is essential to present the purchase invoice. All Maya products are guaranteed for 2 years.

Within the first 14 working days after receipt of the order, if any of the products received in your order has arrived defective, we will take care of the collection and shipment of the new product without added charges. If you do not wish the product to be restored, in this case we will proceed to the immediate reimbursement through the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Send an e-mail to mayahomelife@grupomaya.com.es indicating the order number and a brief description of the defect (if it is possible, a photography will facilitate all the management). If we do not contact you in less than 24 hours, please forward the mail or call 962389059 and ask to be passed with the customer service department.

After 15 business days after receipt of the order, you can proceed in the same way: sending and e-mail to mayahomelife@grupomaya.com.es. In this case, MAYA will not restore the product until they have verified its condition and the conditions of guarantee. You can also choose to repair it.


How long are MAYA products guaranteed?

We guarantee our products in the legally established terms.

Can I request a SELECT "KIT"?

No. The kits are closed products, therefore, you can not combine products from different kits to make one.

Doubts about my order
How can I confirm that an order has been processed?

When you place an order, you will be automatically sent a message to the email address that you used to make your purchase, to confirm that the order has been received.


Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel the purchase process as long as it has not been processed in its entirety and has not left our warehouse. In order to ensure that the cancellation has been made, we advise you to contact us on the phone 962389059.

In case the order has been sent before your call, it will be considered as a return.

All the deliveries must be sent by any transport agency or agreed mail between the parties, otherwise they will be returned except those arising from manufacturing problems.


Can I return part of an order?

If once you have received your order, you have changed your mind, it was not what you expected or what you needed and want to return it, you have up to 14 working days to do so (unless specific indications of the product, it has a previous expiration date).

You will be able to make a total or partial refund of your order, following the next procedure:

1. You send us the product or products you do not want to the address:

2. Ask us to pick up the products you do not want (only available in peninsular Spain). In this case, you will be discounted of the final amount of the return an amount of 8 euros in the transport service. In the case that the value of the product to be returned is less than this amount, we would contact you and would look for the best solution for you.

3. In both cases, send an email to:

mayahomelife@grupomaya.com.es indicating the type of return you opt for. It is important not to forget to indicate the order number and, In the case of partial return of the order, exactly the one or the products that you send or that you want us to pick up. If we do not contact you in less than 24 hours, please forward the mail or call 962389059 and ask to be put you through with the customer service department.

4. We will proceed to return the cost of the product or returned products (using the same method of payment you used when you made your order) once we have found that they are in perfect condition to be re-sold.

It is imperative that the product you are returning is in its original condition and packaging. It should not be worn or damaged. Please, even if it is a partial refund: Keep the labels, documentation and other accessories you have received included in the box that was delivered to you by the transport company.


How can I track an order I send to another person / address that is not mine?

The notifications of order status are made to the email you have provided at the time of the order.
